About the role

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to support individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in Calgary and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, life skills, community engagement, and emotional support — helping clients live independently and with dignity.

Community engagement & outings

Emotional support & companionship

Medication reminders

Documentation & progress notes

What we're looking for

✓ Experience in disability support (preferred, not required)
✓ Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
✓ Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
✓ Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
✓ Valid driver's license is an asset
