About the role
We are seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSW) and Health Care Aides (HCA) to provide direct care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Calgary area. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, and companionship — making a real difference in clients' lives.
What you'll do
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Mobility assistance & transfers
Meal preparation & feeding support
Companionship & emotional support
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping & laundry
What we're looking for
- ✓ PSW or HCA certificate (or equivalent experience)
- ✓ Current CPR/BLS certification
- ✓ Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- ✓ Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- ✓ Valid driver's license is an asset
